PARKWOOD expanded into the production of flexible poyurethane mouldings as a result of our customers' requirements to hold delicate electronic and optical gauge equipment.
CFC free polyurethane is used as it provides an excellent combination of high tear resistance and a durable surface skin which is able to flex and regain its shape perfectly.

PARKWOOD is experienced in the manufacture of complex shapes to close tolerances and to achieve the best surface finish, machined aluminium mould tools are used. For small production runs, resin moulds are employed as they are more cost effective.
Foam density can be altered to suit the function of the moulding.
The complete product can be supplied as moulded, or in a selection of colours and textures.

These mouldings, used in conjunction with our high grade case work, provide exceptionally good protection for fragile equipment during transit, storage and daily use.
As a result of our success with insert mouldings, this department has now expanded and we are able to provide mouldings for other applications.
